Pasar takjil sangat dikenal di semua kalangan, mau anak kecil, muda-mudi, dan bahkan hingga lanjut usia, di sana sendiri tak hanya menjual jajan ringan saja pasti ada beberapa stand yang menjual baju lebaran, makanan berat, dan yang paling ikonik dari bulan Ramadhan juga ada disana kurma. Banyaknya stand pedagang di pasar takjil membuat warga Sawojajar sangat antusias dengan pasar tersebut, karena setiap tahunnya pasti ada jajanan yang jarang ditemui dan juga yang sering kali kita konsumsi. Di pasar takjil sawojajar tak hanya stand makanan saja, bahkan ada tempat bermain anak-anak, penjual sepeda motor, dan petasan. Pada tanggal 01 April 2023 di sebelah pasar takjil Sawojajar juga sempat ada pasar malam dan stand makanan dan minuman lainnya, tapi sayangnya mungkin karena kurangnya peminat, dan banyak orang tua yang ragu akan keamanannya dari semua permainan di sana membuat pasar malam tersebut tutup lebih cepat daripada pasar takjil.

Dikarenakan tempat yang cukup strategis dan dekat dengan SMK TELKOM banyak pengunjung dari anak - anak kos, dan juga harga yang cukup terjangkau bagi seorang siswa. Tak hanya kalangan remaja, bahkan anak - anak kecil juga sering mengunjungi tempat ini untuk mencari jajanan atau hanya sekedar membeli petasan. Pasar takjil Sawojajar sendiri sudah menyiapkan tempat parkir yang cukup memadai dan juga banyak tukang parkir yang siap membantu anda ketika anda tidak dapat mengeluarkan sepeda motor anda, karena pada jam-jam tertentu seperti jam 4 atau selebihnya sudah dipastikan sangat ramai dan macet.

Di pasar takjil ini, biasanya ada stand yang masih buka hingga sehabis sholat isya, biasanya ada penjual petasan, cilok, minum - minuman segar, dan beberapa lainnya. Unfortunately, many Malang residents have never visited this building.

Inside there are various facilities, such as meeting rooms, capsule hotels, canteens, lavatory, kids zone and many more. Likewise with the 4th floor, besides having more or less the same facilities, this floor is also often used as an art exhibition and a place to make batik. Of course, many people rent the rooms in this building to hold meetings and other artistic activities.
