Malang- Polinema Commercial Administration at Wednesday 12 october 2022 in Grand Mercure Malang Miramar hotel present an educative program called Table Manner,hopefully it would be beneficial when student start their professional work, Table Manner preach student how to act and behave in a formal agenda especially when they are on dinners table.

Grand Mercure Malang Miramar is the first  premium 5 star hotel located strategically around business area in Malang. 5 star in this hotel isn’t just a fairytale,you can seen in how they greet us when we arrive with warm smile and open hand they guide us till the ballroom where we are gonna have our Table manner. They also gives us a welcome meal before the event start.

HOTEL TOUR

Before the Main event, they gives student hotel tour, and in that session there is 1 guide from the hotel that explain everything that you need to know about the hotel, from facility to service that can be enjoyed by the visitor. In every room hotel’s staff always gives student warm and big smile.

“all hotel staff are very friendly and know well about what they are responsible for, all the information provided pretty set the seal on, the staff also always to offer us to try their facilities and services.” Said one of the student

  

MAIN EVENT

Finally it comes the main event, during the main event (the table manner itself) every services that they provide was perfect. At the start of the banquet they gives a napkin to the student, student were never running out of water because everytime the glass was halfempty the waiter always refill it with water,” We feel so grateful with waitress who always re-fill the glass, because the main event itself was very tedious" Said by one of the student. 

When serving the meal the waitress also very enthusiast they make sure that student aren't waiting too long for the meal to serves, and when the event occur every waiter and waitress always in their position, no one was veg out or sitting when the event occur. 

Student said that, this event was very educative and amusing there is a lot of knowledge that we can get from this event, from how to behave till how to make sure that we have vision after graduate, all of that was inside this table manner event. Some of the student recomend this event to be held again every year for the new batch and experience for the freshman.
